Initiative #VertrauenMachtWirkung: Moving forward together

This year, the #VertrauenMachtWirkung ("TrustPowerImpact") initiative revised its "Nine Theses for the Foundation of the Future" with the participating foundations. In the process, each foundation gained new experience, set impulses and initiated learning processes.

But we do not want to take the path to the "foundation of the future" on our own. At the event "Zusammen:kommen gemeinsam weitergehen" on February 23, 2023, foundations will take a critical look at grantmaking processes together with funding partners, rediscover the 9 theses, learn from practices - and use the space for exchange.

The Schöpflin Foundation will participate with a thematic contribution to Thesis 7 (Untied Funding). In the event titled "Developing financial competence in NGOs", practical experiences from a flexible grantmaking model will be shared.

As part of a year-long guided process ("Learning Triangle"), Schöpflin Foundation, Impact Society and Bildung für alle e.V. worked intensively on organizational development and in this process identified best practices for growing organizations with a view to financial management. n two workshops, the Learning Triangle will present the experiences gained in this process and discuss points of contact and transfer opportunities with foundations and organizations .
