During the Easter, summer and autumn holidays, the Werkraum Schöpflin will again offer over 30 creative workshops for children and teenagers. Registration for all workshops is now possible.
For the first time, we are working with a professional circus, Circus Montana, which is setting up the big circus tent with its project Circus Klecks. On two weekend days in May (outside of holidays) 150 children and teenargers aged 4-14 years have the unique opportunity to learn magic, clowning, juggling and much more from an international team of experienced artists, educators and circus performers and to invite them to a big circus show together.
Especially during the Easter, summer and autumn holidays, things get busy, for example with our partner organisation InterACT English: We produce climate action videos, debate about democracy and develop our own games - in English! The pedagogically experienced team of English-speaking artists enables creative learning experiences in the English language and supports children and young people in developing the courage, motivation and self-confidence to express themselves in the English language: in the Kids Space Adventure, the Native Speaker Week or the Presentation Skills Workshop.
What else? Whether as a sculptor, storyteller, craftsman, philosopher, designer, sprayer, stage artist, director, player or lucky smith - the Werkraum workshops offer children and young people a colourful palette to try out.
The Werkraum especially points out that there are reduced prices for single parents or unemployed families, for example.
