Once again this year we are offering children and young people a broad range of workshops at the Werkraum Schöpflin. The workshops will give them the opportunity, through play, to try out their skills and experiment with a range of activities, including: arts & handicrafts; philosophy & reading; sport & games; and hardware & software.
During the Easter holidays we will be running our first ever course held in English: it will be a creative course in which children will work with a British artist to make gift boxes that they will be able to fill with greetings cards, notebooks or jewellery that they have made themselves. We will also be running an exciting philosophy camp: children will examine the theme of fear through reading, talking and creative work. Meanwhile our chess courses will enable children to test their concentration and resilience, and to learn chess strategies.
Please note that discounted fees are available for certain groups, including single parents and the unemployed.
