Meta Impact uses AI technology to advance social diversity. Its core product is YOUNA, an AI-powered chatbot that provides low-threshold initial guidance and referral support for people affected by racism. YOUNA answers the questions people most commonly have in such situations: What can I do? What are my rights? Where can I find support? The service is primarily aimed at people seeking help for the first time — providing immediate and free access to support.
With YOUNA, Meta Impact helps organizations strengthen sustainable participation and social cohesion at a structural level. YOUNA makes the experiences and needs of marginalized employees visible and translates them into concrete development measures — for example in the areas of leadership, anti-bias work, and governance. This is essential for creating long-term »listening infrastructures« that foster trust, counter polarization, and make organizations more resilient.
Together with Schöpflin Stiftung, Meta Impact aims to meet the growing demand for YOUNA from the corporate sector. The goal is to establish YOUNA as a digital tool within organizations that simplifies complaint and support pathways in cases of racism, while also strengthening managers and diversity officers in their day-to-day work. In this way, YOUNA becomes not only a point of contact for those affected, but also a structural building block for a discrimination-sensitive organizational culture.
